The Magistrate Court sitting in Umuahia today Monday 8th January ,2024 at Chief Magistrate Court has granted His Majesty Eze Godwin Kanu Idei Kanu Okoro Oke bail on self recognition while the case was adjourned for hearing.
By this , His Majesty is still the IX Eze Aro of Arochukwu Kingdom until final determination of the case of Impersonation brought against him by dissidents.
Umu Aro came in hundreds to show solidarity to their revered Royal Father.
Congratulations to All Umu Aro.
Aro is unstoppable and must be free from the clutches of her taskmasters perching on power. This interference is for a while, power belongs to the people and this phase must surely pass.
We thank God and we appreciate Nde Ichie Aro for their interventions. We place on record the outpour of goodwill through calls, texts, supports, prayers, visits and tens of Umu Aro that kept vigil at SCID Umuahia while his detention lasted for 3 days.
